Took my camera out to experiment. I am still not very confident with these settings. Took pictures with different apertures ranging from F2.8 to F.22. For shooting at this time of day I feel that a large F stop worked best. F.11 worked well, it enabled the image to let in light from lamps and surrounding objects but not appear too dark.
